This is an opportunity to release what no longer serves you and to set powerful intentions for the new lunar cycle ahead. Inspired by the wisdom of nature and the strength of community, this ceremony will guide you to reflect, let go, and welcome new beginnings. Cultural Significance: The name "Wolf Moon" comes from Native American tribes who noted that wolves would howl more during this time of year, possibly due to hunger. Different cultures may have other names and meanings associated with January's full moon. Astrological Impact: Astrologically, full moons are considered a time of culmination and completion. It's often seen as a moment to reflect on the past month, release what no longer serves you, and set intentions for the upcoming cycle. Seasonal Changes: The Wolf Moon occurs in winter (in the Northern Hemisphere), marking a time of introspection and seeking warmth, both physically and emotionally.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
