You will be guided into a comfortable receptive position while soaking up the soothing frequencies of the Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Koshi Chimes, Crystal Harp, Crystal Pyramid, Drums, Ratels, Binaural Beats, Reiki Energy, and so much more! Each Journey will be a unique experience full of surprises so you won't want to miss out on a single one. In this Journey we will be working with the Earth Element, participating in an Earth Honoring Ceremony and grounding with a delicious meal. Working with the Earth Element this is a great opportunity to see what wants to arise in us after our deep hibernation of winer and when we were working in the Fire Element. Fire asked us to go in to the deep within. To look at what we may have been hiding in our shadow self. To then illuminate the shadow with the Fire and release that witch no long served our highest and greatest good. The great cleansing and clearing of the Fire element has now created the space for us to create fertile ground to plant seeds hope, love, joy, abundance, life. I will have yoga mats, back jacks, blankets, and bolsters for you to use during our Sound Journey. It is recommended you bring a pillow, eye mask or eye pillow, and anything else that would bring your comfort while lying and sitting on the floor.
