With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Brooke is a compassionate and dedicated professional, known for her ability to see the best in others and bring out their inner and outer beauty. From a young age, she was drawn to the art of hair styling and the desire to empower individuals. Her journey has spanned roles as a mentor, salon coordinator, educator, salon owner, and ambassador for major beauty brands. Throughout her career, she has been committed to staying current through continued education, ensuring that her skills and knowledge remain at the forefront of the industry.

 

As her career evolved, Brooke became increasingly aware of the ego-driven nature of the industry she once loved. Realizing that she had drifted from her original intentions, she embarked on a personal healing journey. This period of introspection and growth led her to rediscover her passion for authentic connections and holistic well-being. She made the decision to sell her salon and step away from corporate roles, opting instead to rent a station in the charming town she calls home, where she now focuses on creating meaningful, one-on-one experiences with her clients.

 

In 2018, Brooke expanded her practice into the realm of energy medicine, becoming a certified 3rd degree Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master, followed by her certification as a Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner in 2019 and a Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher in 2020, under the guidance of Llyn Roberts, founder of Shamanic Reiki Worldwide. Inspired by these teachings, she founded A Touch of Meraki, where she provides a safe and compassionate space for healing. Her approach integrates botanicals, crystal therapy, meditation, shamanic practices, sound healing, and more to help clients release physical, emotional, and spiritual blockages, restoring balance and alignment with their true selves.

 

Brooke is deeply committed to contributing to the well-being and growth of her community. Through her healing services and the nurturing environment she creates, she supports both individual and collective transformation. Her passion extends beyond her practice, as she shares handcrafted items—including smudge wands, chakra balancing crystal sets, reiki-charged candles, and high-vibration jewelry—designed to inspire sacred living. While she continues to serve her clients as a cosmetologist, her long-term vision is to create a holistic retreat—a space where individuals can come to heal, grow, and rediscover their inner strength and potential.
