Hello, I’m Holly, the founder of Love & Flow Healing. I am a Usui Holy Fire lll Karuna Reiki Master and Teacher, Intuitive Healer, and Craniosacral Therapist, but my path to healing started well before all the titles. It wasn't until during a deeply transformative time in my life, when I was pregnant with my daughter, that Reiki entered my world. It profoundly shifted my perspective and guided me toward a deeper understanding of energy and spiritual self-care. I felt an undeniable calling to share this life-changing gift with others.

 

My mission is to teach and empower individuals about the magic within themselves through Reiki. Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful approach to healing, helping to balance the energies of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is, truly, the greatest form of self-care you can gift yourself.

 

In my sessions, I integrate Reiki with elements of Craniosacral Therapy, intuitive guidance, and other somatic healing modalities. Over the last two years, I have also had the privilege of deepening my practice under the guidance of my Shaman, exploring ancestral wisdom and opening myself to new gifts that I now share in my healing work. Every session is unique, designed specifically to meet your individual needs. I create a loving, safe space where you can experience profound healing, clarity, and relaxation.
