Class Description: Harmony Within: A Community Reiki and Sound Healing Experience Discover deep relaxation and inner balance in this transformative 90-minute session that combines the powerful healing energies of Reiki with the soothing vibrations of sound. What to Expect: • Group Reiki Session: Begin with a one-hour group Reiki experience, where the universal life force energy will be shared to promote healing, reduce stress, and restore harmony within the mind, body, and spirit. • Sound Healing Meditation: Conclude with a 20-minute immersive sound journey featuring the gentle tones of wind chimes, sound bowls, and bells. These sacred sounds create a vibrational environment that enhances relaxation and amplifies the healing process. This monthly gathering is designed to help you release energetic blockages, reconnect with your inner peace, and leave feeling renewed and centered. Details: • Duration: 1.5 hours • Cost: $40 per session • Frequency: Held monthly Join us for an evening of connection, tranquility, and healing as we create a supportive space to nurture your well-being and restore harmony within.

As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
