Metatron’s cube is closely related to sacred geometry, which has existed in many forms throughout the history. The term geometry was derived from the Greek words geos and metron that means earth and to measure respectively. It simply refers to the study of shapes and mathematical formulas that can be found in nature.
It’s said that the practice originates from old civilizations including the Sumerians, Egyptians, Phoenicians, Minoans and the Greeks. Sacred geometry was an art that was traditionally restricted to the priesthood and was therefore called sacred. It was believed that things were created according to a specific geometric plan, and the study of sacred geometry would uncover the secrets of creation.
Metatron’s cube is said to contain all the geometric shapes and patterns that exist, from the spirals of snail shells to the hexagonal shapes of a honeycomb. There are also geometric codes in flowers, snowflakes, DNA molecules, organic life forms and heavenly bodies.

The flower of life has several advantages. It is best known for the spiritual field. By placing the flower of life in a place favorable to mediation and personal reflection, one can feel vibrations and a soothing atmosphere. We can feel calm, rested; we can make all the negative energies, stress, and worries that accumulate in our daily lives disappear.
The flower of life gives off strong and stable waves, which allow for expression and spreading. It spreads energy that contributes to the harmonization of the environment. Additionally, the flower of life has the virtues of regeneration, balance, dynamism, and protection.
Also, it is said to have protective and conservation properties over food, as it would transmit energy to preserve them longer. We can thus place the flower of life where we store our food, in the fridge, in the cellar, in the cupboards. We can also place this symbol under the plates in which we eat or under the glasses in which we drink.
The unusual characteristics and the virtues of the flower of life have become a sacred figure in many civilizations and cultures around the globe. Beauty, geometrical, and aesthetic perfection, all these symbolize the renewal of life. This geometrical figure, which can be reproduced for fun, consists of a series of circles that are intertwined. The starting point of the flower of life is a central circle which alone symbolizes the original position. The seed is the source of all life.
