Life has offered me so many roles; I’ve played the role of a dance teacher, competitive coach, psychology student, shamanic reiki practitioner, nanny, sister, daughter, and friend. I am thrilled to continue expanding my roles in life as I embark on this new journey as a movement healer and ecstatic dance facilitator.

Dance has always been such a major part of my life. It is a way for me to escape the chaos from the outside world and tune in to my mind, body, and soul. Dance is my meditation, and it helps me maintain a state of pure consciousness.

I hope to guide people to a state of consciousness and help them connect with their inner self through a journey of healing movement and music.
