The Chakras are spinning vortices of life force energy located at your core that draw in energy, radiate a vibration, govern over a major organ or gland connected to different body part. Chakra is a Sanskrit word which translates to wheel and they date back to the Vedas, the ancient sacred Hindu texts in India and Yoga Upanishads. The Chakras are maps that form a profound formula for wholeness that integrates body-mind-spirit. When a chakra becomes blocked, under or overactive it can bring on a variety of imbalances and symptoms leading to dis-ease. Learning about your chakras and ways to bring them into balance can allow you to become more in tune and connected with your body's natural energy cycles. This can ultimately pave the way for you to release unwanted symptoms and blockages stored within & around your body, bringing your body, mind and spirit into balance and harmony. They have a whirling quality like a pinwheel, and can be associated to organs in their respective area. We most commonly connect each chakra with different base qualities of human nature and we focus on a particular chakra to cultivate balance in these qualities. You may also hear of them as energy centers or wheels that are located in front of the spine.

Reiki is a safe and gentle Japanese healing technique that was discovered by Dr Mikao Usui in the mid 1800’s. The Japanese word Reiki (pronounced Ray Kee) translates to “Universal life force energy”. Reiki works in harmony with the natural intelligence of the body, mind and spirit and treats the whole person physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It has been known to preserve and restore health and well-being. During a Reiki treatment the practitioner channels life force energy and directs it to the receiver thru their hands by gently directing the energy to the body encouraging the body's own natural healing response. This is based on the principle that an unseen "life force energy" flows through every living thing and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki energy is an intelligent life force that is received where the body needs it most. It works for highest good of all and is complimentary to all other healing modalities. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Individuals receiving Reiki have reported miraculous results that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.

Biofield tuning is a sound therapy method that provides targeted nervous system relaxation and can alleviate a wide range of health issues. This modality was discovered by Eileen McKusick and is a practice where the practitioner uses a tuning fork to locate frozen bioplasma in the biofield ( human energy field and auric Field) which surrounds the body. *"Tuning forks appear to work therapeutically according to the physics principles of resonance and entrainment. Initially they resonate with whatever distortion or dysfunction is present in the body and its field, and then, through the production of a stronger, more coherent frequency, they entrain the body into a more coherent expression as well. Although Reiki energy is spiritual in nature, Reiki is not a religion. Practitioners are not asked to change any religious or spiritual beliefs they may have. They are free to continue believing anything they choose and are encouraged to make their own decisions concerning the nature of their religious practices.

When Reiki energy is infused into crystals, it manifies the healing power. It actually 'charges' objects with protective, positive energy and increases the effectiveness of the crystal's natural healing vibrations. Reiki infused jewelry can then be given as a gift to someone who needs a bit of a boost or to yourself when you need an extra dose of healing and self-love.

Reiki has had a positive affect on all forms of illness and negative conditions. Reiki always helps and in some cases people have experienced complete healings which have been confirmed by medical tests before and after the Reiki treatments. However, while some have experienced miracles, they cannot be guaranteed. Stress reduction with some improvement in ones physical and psychological condition are what most experience.

Sound Therapy uses music, vocal toning, tuning forks,Tibetan and quartz singing bowls, chanting and more to create harmonic vibrational resonance for health & well-being. These Sound healing modalities are used on and around the body. We all hear and feel the vibration of sound. Sound affects us emotionally; positively and negatively: a beautiful piece of music can bring us to tears, and the sound of an explosion can invoke fear. Random, unfocused and chaotic sound produces dissonance and anxiety. Focused, conscious sound creates resonance and harmony. By using sound intentionally from a neutral space in a quiet, peaceful environment, healing and higher levels of conscious awareness can occur.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS All returns, refunds, or exchanges will need to be returned and received prior to a refund or exchange is processed unless other agreements have been made between the buyer and I. All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless the error was due to company error or the items were damage during shipment. Please make sure the shipment includes tracking. CANCELLATIONS Order Cancellation requests will be honored within 24 hours of placing the order. DAMAGED ITEMS If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hour of receiving your package and provide a photo of the damages incurred during shipment so we can replace or exchange your items. The original item will need to be returned and received prior to the replacement being sent. Replacements or exchanges will be processed within 5 days of notification and reshipment will be paid for by the shop in the event your product was damaged. LOST PACKAGES Once a package is shipped its no longer in my hands and out of my control. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address with your order.
